<\/a>Conditions are likely to become favourable for the further advancement of the monsoon into the Arabian Sea and along the west coast during the next 2?3 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\nDepth of Cross-equatorial flow is expected to strengthen further and gradually extend to the north along with the east-west shear zone, allowing the southwest monsoon to progress further north.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There is a possibility that an Upper Air Cyclonic circulation (UAC) embedded in E-W share zone may form at mid-level Sea along\/off the west coast around 5\/7th june, which is likely to move nearly northward gradually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Under its influence, Monsoon may progress rapidly along west cost during next 10 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Monsoon may move into Mangalore (Karnataka) by 4th-6th June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Monsoon is likely to advance into Goa by 7\/9th June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And Monsoon May reach South Konkan coast by around 10th June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
